Nate Dickey, the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Coastal Lakes & Mountains, has been a long-time real estate investor and will tell us how he sources investors to buy properties. Nate has tremendous experience that we can all learn from.
Ryan Collins from HBL Group and Attorney Steven Hyde will be there to answer any questions that relate to insurance or legal matters when buying real estate and using group funding. Attorney Hyde will also update us on legislative changes to landlord-tenant law that were discussed at last month's meeting.
