Pete DeWorken, the Fixer Upper Coach, joins us to teach us about doing due diligence and running the numbers on our rehab properties. Pete has looked at hundreds (maybe thousands!) of properties in the Richmond area for investors just like you, and has a wealth of experience in budgeting, planning, selecting and managing contractors, and much more!
Pete will share some of what he's learned. Many of our attendees (including your host, Taylor!) have hired Pete to look at properties. We agree that he does a fantastic job and will answer all of your rehab questions with thorough, helpful knowledge.
