This is an intimate conversation series on investing in real estate. It’s co-hosted by Whitney Spatz (agent) and John Alden (broker) who specialize in helping individuals build multifamily portfolios in Southern California.
WHO WE ARE:
Buckingham Investments was founded in 1963 with the goal of helping people create wealth through investing in real estate. We help our clients build an investment plan as well as carry out that plan by acquiring apartment buildings that fit their goal of achieving financial independence.
WHY WE HOST:
We believe that if people understood how real estate investing worked, everyone would invest in income property.
The history and data are undeniable: real estate is the single most effective way to conservatively build wealth and financial independence.
Through our Learn, Plan, and Invest program, we are passionate about helping others achieve their financial goals.
FORMAT:
We will all introduce ourselves and then dig into a discussion of fundamentals of multifamily investing in southern CA.
DETAILS:
Parking is free behind the building. We are located in Suite K on the second floor and share a building with Bank of America. Signs will be posted around the building.
Brunch snacks and drinks will be served. Please let us know if you’re running late or can’t make it as there’s limited seating.
Thanks and looking forward to meeting you!
