My featured speaker will be Dan Butler, Co-founder/owner of Crestcore which is a local property management and real estate brokerage company in the greater Memphis area. Dan is a seasoned investor who owns a large portfolio of investment properties as well as multifamily rentals. Dan will talk all things Multi-family with an emphasis from a duplex to small apartments.
