He has been involved in over $450 million in various real estate transactions, spanning tax liens, rental/sale transactions in Manhattan, vacant land, single family flips, and multifamily value add.
ERICH HAUK – COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LENDER – CROWN CAPITAL GROUP, INC.: As the AVP of production, servicing, and marketing at Crown Capital Group, Erich is responsible for all phases of production from developing new relationships, underwriting, packaging new loans, and following through the process to closing.
CHARLES DEHART – COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BROKER – MARCUS AND MILLICHAP: Charles is an Associate at the Marcus & Millichap Atlanta office. He provides brokerage services for commercial real estate investors with a specialty in mobile home parks.
