First, I hope you are all having a safe and healthy quarantine! With everything going on we thought it would be a good idea to throw a Zoom happy hour/meetup to help us all get back on track with the goals we set for the New Year.


To spice things up a bit, the meetup will be on Cinco de Mayo, so be sure to have some tequila for the happy hour!

Our own Tony Lago will be presenting on some hot topics such as loan deferments, loan forbearance, and what real estate investing is looking like in the current market. For those who don't know Tony, he graduated from Cornell with a Real Estate Finance specialization and has bought over $300 million of commercial real estate nationwide while working for a private equity fund. So expect it to be an educational session.
