Amherst Residential, LLC operates as a real estate investment company. The Company focuses on capital management, single-family residential complexes, loans, and other related services. Amherst Residential serves customers in the United States.
Greg is the Head of Sourcing for Amherst Residential’s Institutional Single-Family platform. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the sourcing of off-market opportunities for all Amherst’s business channels. He oversees the acquisitions of off-market acquisitions sizing from one-off property to large bulk acquisitions. To date, Greg has sourced and reviewed over 5,000 single family rental opportunities nationwide. Greg started his career at Freddie Mac where he worked on both the Multifamily capital markets and underwriting team. During his tenure, he underwrote over $1bil in multifamily loans across the Southeast USA. He then held a Vice President role at Jones Lang LaSalle’s capital markets team and worked on over $600mm in multifamily loans. Greg holds an M.S. in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
