John Culbertson has been involved in real estate for over 32 years. During the 1990's California recession John became a licensed real estate Broker. John worked in various facets of the foreclosure market specializing in short sales negotiating with banks, attorneys and other lien holders. During this time John was a board member with one of San Diego County's largest non-profit corporations, the San Diego Community Housing Corporation and negotiated an REO bulk purchase. John moved back to Texas in 2005 after the 2008 financial crisis. He acquired and negotiated approximately 350 short sales and loan mods with his team.
