REHAB TOUR

Every so often, we feature a local investor's renovation. For each property we tour, we will be showing a "before/during" tour and a "completed/follow up" tour. This is a no-pitch event where the focus is on learning more and brainstorming about rehabs. Bring a notepad, take pictures, and ask any questions you have directly to the investor in charge of the renovation.We will all meet at the location below (it will be close to the property.) At the location, everyone will be given the property address and we will leave from there. The property address WILL NOT be given out publicly.

For this tour, we will be featuring a new build house. The home is being built ground up to be sold retail. It will currently be in the framing stage of renovation.
