2020 was definitely the most different year of our lives. I say different because for some people, it was a very difficult year, and for others, it was a very prosperous year. For us, we were able to double our business and portfolio. We went from just over 80 properties to about 160 properties by the end of the year.

Last we we bought

5 mobile home parks (around 55 filled pads with a potential to fill 30 more).
A 12-plex
A 6-plex
20 single family homes

This year we plan to continue to grow by 100 - 140 units including:

Filling 30 mobile home pads including converting our mobile home park in Florence to a Tiny House village using 5 Tiny Houses as AirBNBs
Building a 21-unit Apartment complex in San Tan Valley, Arizona
Buying 25 properties in the Triad area of North Carolina
Buying 10 - 20 single family homes in Arizona
Buying another mobile home park or 2.

This network meetup will be about how to set effective goals for 2021 and how to take the steps you need to take in order to meet those real estate goals.

We hope you will join us in person but because of the virus, we are still hosting these meetups both in person and virtually.
