Share your real estate mistakes. I have signed over title to my home to my ex boyfriend. I have also given money thinking that it was secured by land. Only to find out that the land had tax liens greater than the loan amount. Regardless, I am still happy. I wish that my Mother had taught me more stuff about real estate. I have plenty of past mistakes that I can share about what happens when you make them. Hopefully you can gain some insight on what not to do if you happen to be as blessed.
