@John Errico, Co-Founder at Liberty Hudson Capital will describe the benefits to starting a private equity fund for real estate investing, the business and legal considerations involved, some pitfalls, and his own experiences.
John is a Yale and Cornell educated attorney, and full-time real estate investor. He primarily buys single family and small multi-family properties throughout the greater NYC area with a particular (recent) focus on short term rentals in Atlantic City.
