SPEAKER & TOPIC
@Adrian Smude has been investing in real estate for over 18 years. He "house hacked" without realizing it and became an accidental landlord in 2003 to the same friends who were the cause of his previous eviction. Adrian attempted to invest again and his second home ended as a short sale. After 11 years of being a hobby landlord, he discovered his passion for real estate through REIA meetings. Adrian switched his investing niche to Mobile Homes with Land for the last 6 years and has been following this path ever since.
Adrian is a part of 3 mastermind, including one that he hosts. In addition, he helps run his local REIA chapter, wholesales properties, and lends SDRIA money. Adrian’s newest adventure in real estate includes speaking and educating.

We are a group of local real estate investors that meets every month. Our meeting is always free and our speakers are never there to pitch you on another "guru" style, expensive seminar/coaching program. At every meeting, we have a highly qualified speaker presenting on a different topic. Our speakers never hold back and do not finish with a pitch for another overhyped seminar/coaching program. Everyone of all investment experience is invited... always genuinely free!
Although the meeting is free to attend, we ask that you please support our community and donate to the charity of the month.
After the meeting, many of us head out to dinner for late night networking at Kona Grill. If you want to continue scheming on real estate more or just have the munchies, tag along!
