Last month we shared about our 12-Plex that we purchased in Tucson in 680k that we turned around and increased the value to 1.2 million. This month we are going to share how we are still getting deals in todays competitive Arizona market and how you can too.
We hope you will join us in person but because of the virus, we are still hosting these meetups both in person and virtually. We are limiting the number of people who attend in person to 30. Also, we will be talking about the Fund that we created for people who wish to learn from us can invest in. The investors do not need to be accredited, they just need to have a prior relationship with us to be able to invest into the fund.
