If anyone is interested, a group of local investors in the Downtown Chandler area have started a morning meetup at their office to discuss the market, exchange ideas, and just network in general. They are opening it up to all. It's a great place to mingle with like minded people and is not a salesy thing in any way.

@Lisa Caracciolo We have a meetup in Mesa this Wednesday as well. Our meetup starts at 7:30 and goes until 9:30. https://www.biggerpockets.com/... It would be great to have you join us after your meetup is over. We usually have about 20-30 people there and it is a great place to network.
