At June’s MeetUp, we'll do a deep dive on the differences between forced appreciation and organic appreciation. What economic factors cause properties to naturally appreciate and what you can do as an owner to force appreciation. The presentation will begin at 7:30 pm sharp and will last approximately 45 minutes. Please arrive prior to the presentation for an opportunity to network!

How to find us

We are located at the Novel Coworking Space outdoor area. Street parking is available for $3/hour and there is also an attached parking lot with parking for $7/hour. The ground floor entrance to the outdoor area (at the wooden gate next to the bike rack) is from the Novel parking lot on 22nd St.
