Come join us for a fun networking event at our Jamaica Plain condos. We bought this big 2 family house in a beautiful part of the city and will be converting it to 2 condos.

1st hour will be all about networking with other local investors, builders, attorneys, lenders, agents and like-minded people who love real estate.

2nd hour will be spent going over the project details.
Things we will be sharing:

- How we financed it
- Rehab budget and scope of work
- Issues and lessons learned and much more
