Rehabbing And Flipping In A Hot Market!
Our next meeting will focus on determining rehab numbers during inflated material cost times and how to adjust accordingly in your offers.
We will also discuss the challenges of labor shortages and lack of inventory for Flippers as well as homeowners and how this affects your business. If you are a contractor or flip a fair number of homes, don't miss this meeting!
