Hey fellow investors! September meetup for southern Wake County is coming up this week!

As always, there is no cost to attend and no obligation to purchase anything. This is intended to serve all southern Wake County folks, but anyone in the greater Raleigh/Durham area is welcome! Very informal event with no sales pitches or guest speakers. Just show up and talk real estate regardless of experience level.
This months location with be at Hickory Tavern in Holly Springs.
For the future, I am hoping to bounce around a few locations in Southern Wake County to freshen up the experience and give the attendees some other driving routes to scope around and become more familiar with their surroundings So please bring some ideas, happy to discuss.
