Myself and a colleague will be hosting a house hacking webinar. 

Nick is a Boston real estate investor with three properties and seven rental units under his belt, and a mortgage loan officer that specializes in helping people that are looking for 1-4 unit financing or want to do house hacking. Nick will help you determine how to proceed with a mortgage and what product would be best for you. Nick can also give you pointers on how to be a successful real estate investor and how to get over analysis paralysis.

Kevin works as a property manager and real estate agent and invests in the Boston and South Shore market. Kevin currently owns two investment properties and four rental units (previous house hacks) that are now cash flowing rentals. As a property manager, Kevin manages 150+ units on the South Shore. As an agent, Kevin is investor-friendly and primarily works with people looking for 1-4 unit properties or house hacks to help first time home buyers begin their real estate investment journey, or help seasoned investors grow their portfolio.
