You know auctions are not the way to get a good deal any more nor is buying on the MLS.

What I do, is I teach people to go into a neighborhood and find unlisted homes, that is, Distressed houses with no For-Sale sign!

You see every neighborhood has people going through job change, bankruptcy, divorce, behind on payments, death in the family, foreclosures, etc

And I’m going to teach people to go into a neighborhood and find who those people are, so we can buy these homes below market, that’s the only way!

That is the wave of the future!

The only way we can make profit in this crazy market!!
