Welcome to the first Central Maryland Real Estate Investor Social!

The purpose of this event is to give more people in Maryland and the greater Washington DC/DMV area an opportunity to get together and nerd out on everything real estate while enjoying tasty beverages and food. There won't be any pitching or selling of anything. I'm just a new investor looking to meet with like-minded people and hoping to fill a gap in the central Maryland area.

I chose Jailbreak Brewery in Laurel, MD because it is centrally located in between PG, Montgomery, Howard, and Anne Arundel Counties providing easier access to more people in the area. I also hope it will provide an opportunity for people who invest in different areas, like DC vs Baltimore, to trade stories and experiences. I've reserved a table for 8 to 10 people, but if we go over it should be OK as it's a pretty be a brewery and a Thursday night. I hope to see you all there!

I had a ton of fun everyone! Thanks to everyone who came. We had a great spread of people from complete beginners to experienced flippers and lenders. I’m planning on creating another event for the second Thursday on January. Hope to see more people there!
