Short Term Rental With land

Looking for ideas of a place where I can buy a property with lots of land (maybe 5-10+ acres) that also has a decent short-term rental market? I was looking at places like The Poconos and Palatka, FL. I would prefer somewhere warmer though. Any suggestions are appreciated.
