Water heater recommendation

James McQuirter
Posted

My wife and I are renovating our first STR, a 3/2 lake house. We believe it can sleep 8 people. What size and brand water heater would you recommend? It currently has 50 gallon capacity electric heater that needs replacement. No natural gas lines in the area, so we would need to stay with electric or bring in a propane tank. Any advice on tankless heaters would also be appreciated. Thanks.
