Does anyone have experience with short-term rentals in Atlanta? If you can share your occupancy rates and ADR that would be great. I'm just getting started in the STR game and exploring markets.

@Eric Garcia. It's all over the board.  STRs rents/occupancy vary wildly.  You're best off going to Airdna and researching true comps for the area you are targeting.  The very best Airbnbs do extremely well (eg. 4x market rent) while the vast majority do pretty well (2x market rent but a lot of work).
