Financing $1m+ deals
I've spent a few years acquiring $350k & under SFR and MFR. My focus has transitioned to buying large properties to enable me to scale quicker. For example, a 12 unit $1.5m property. I'm curious how others went about financing their first few deals? I do have the cash to put down to fund one deal like that, but not enough cash to fund multiple deals. Did you partner with someone, borrow from the bank/individual. How did it go? I appreciate your input!
