Short Term Rental (STR) in Beaufort SC

Hey All - I'm under contract on a property in Beaufort, SC that I'll be using as a short term rental. I'll be self-managing remotely and have STR experience in a few other market in the Southeast.

Would love to network with others in the area who invest in short term rentals.
