AirBnB Stock up, travel and bookings up.....

Yesterday, AIR announced that it's stock was up, along with many other metrics that may indicate that not only travel in general, but STRs in particular, are in for a good ride ahead. AIRs bookings are up 30% over the same time in 2019, and their 'Gross Booking Value' is up 67%.
This looks to be good news for STR owners, I would think....what do y'all think?

FWIW, in the real world ABNB stock is down 10% this week and is one of the worst performing stocks in the Nasdaq this week.
I live in the stock market. That report was a classic case of fluff on top that pumped the stock for about an hour and then everyone dumping when they dug in deeper. Not saying anything about the travel market in relation to that, just wanted to make sure people were aware of that in case they were taking the notion that ABNB stock was performing well based on their report at face value.
