My recommendation @Nicole McCormick would be a Roku TV from TCL, Hisense or Element. I have TCL tv's for the most part in our vacation rental. They are easy to use and reliable.

I swapped out the 55" TCL in the living room with a 65" Element Roku TV and it is also a decent TV.

One nice thing is remotes are easy to replace and cheap. I bought a couple as replacements just in case for $6 each. Roku is the key IMHO. Super easy to use for anyone of any age.

I have 6 Insignia TVs from BestBuy in one of my STRs that we rehabbed early last year and they have been great.  Not a single problem or complaint.

Roku's are the easiest for guests to use.  I have them in all my latest rentals and never get any complaints.  In my own home, I prefer Samsung's, but for the one beach rental I have a Samsung in, the guests are always having problems with the menu function (even after making instructional videos).

TCL Roku TV's. You can get them at Wally World.

Another vote for TCL Rokus. Just got a 55" for $298 from Walmart.

Ditto with everyone else... TCL Roku TVs.

Unfortunately, Costco stopped selling them (last I checked).
