Seeking STR property manager

We currently have two STR's, one in St. Augustine, FL and one in St. Mary's, GA.

We are searching for a quality property management company in the area if anyone has a recommendation. We are currently experiencing excessive fees, low booking volume and slow communication with our existing property manager.
