Playa del Carmen STR
Looking into STR in a new condo development in Playa del Carmen
It’s one block off the beach, one bedroom priced at around 220k with a 20% management fee for STRs- condo provides it but you can look elsewhere
the place is beautiful and numbers seem to make sense,but can’t help think that this is too good to be true
can anyone speak on personal experience in this area or share any insight? Appreciate you all in advance!
