BP Rental Calculators for STR

Cant he Rental Property calculator be used for STRs? I have been using a different tool I found and tried comparing the two. Most entries were similar. I put ABNB in as management fees, cleaning fees as other, etc. The two calculators gave me different results.....which leads me to ask - What is the best calculator to analyze STR properties?

There's a free app called Deal Check that I recommend to my buyers.
