Do you keep a gas mask at your STRs?

My tenants work in a petrochemical facility.  It's a dangerous environment.  Very hazardous.  Someone left a gas mask on the door knob of one of my bathrooms.  It's a full face mask with a replaceable HEPA filter.  It's been on that door knob for 2 years.  Do you have any gas masks at your STRs?
