Hey BP!

With the help and tools provided by the BP community, I am finally getting started! I found new friends (& Partners), strong connections, all the resources I need to understand REI, and last but certainly not least --> my first deal!

I will be documenting my own personal journey with this property (and the many more yet to come) on my own REI instagram ! My goal is to follow along on my rehab and document how a rookie can get from Zero to Hero and land that first deal!

Stick with it BP community!! I did 2 years of reading 1 book every month, listening to just about every flavor of BP podcast, watching youtube videos, and networking before jumping in and it does change your life.
