Do use an app or software with your cleaner?

Hi y’all

Do you use a app or software with you cleaners to coordinate days and times you need cleanings? Sending a calendar pic is tough because bookings get added and occasionally canceled so I feel I’m send info over and over. I’ve heard some channel manager softwares have something like this built in too? 

Any thought are appreciated

Nope. None have functioned that well for us. We are in text communication with them all
