Looking to start STR using leased apartments

I am new to real estate investing. I am looking to start out with STR using apartments for corporate travelers. Any knowledge share would be greatly appreciated. How do/did you lease with apartment complexes? Do you advise having an LLC before approaching apartment property managers with your rental requests?

Hey @Billy Crocker, that is called arbitrage and there are a TON of posts here about it. We get 2-4 posts a week on it.

Most of us look upon it as dubious at best, but some make it work. Do a search and you should find a bunch of info.
