Anyone have experience with Vacasa? They are managing my STR in Phoenix and I'm about to fire them. They have a 90 day termination policy. There is nothing in the contract that explains what happens with current and future bookings. Does anyone have experience with firing Vacasa? I just have a few questions but mostly I'm wondering about this part. Thanks!!
