Hi- I currently own properties in the Sanford & Lake Mary area & I am looking into converting 1 or all into short term rentals. Would like to connect with  short term rental property management companies. If anyone can recommend a company to work with I would really appreciate it!

    Self manage all the way! Save yourself the commissions. BP has a book written by Aver Carl, Short Term Rental, Long Term Wealth. 
    Has everything you need from start to finish about self managing. I self manage from 14 hours away. If I can do it, so can you.
