Second/Vacation Home Loan and Quit Claim Deed
Could you all please tell me if you all know if it is okay to use a second/vacation home loan and do a quit claim deed to an LLC to protect yourself when you are renting it out? Thanks in advance.

100% ask your lender. But I doubt it. Second homes aren’t for renting.
