Booking.com - Is it worth it?

Hi all, who has used booking.com and have you had success with it? The system seems very clunky and they have a non-existent support for property owners/managers from what I have encountered. If anyone is using it, has it driven enough rentals to make it worth the effort? Also, do you have booking.com handle the payments or do you handle them yourself?

    I revisited it for about the 4th time in February. Not worth it.
