Showing up in AirBnB results for a nearby city?

Christopher Wild
Posted

Hey all!

Have a question about how I improve my rankings in a city I am not technically in, but am close to. For example, owning a killer property in St. Pete FL and showing up on the first page of AirBnB for that city, however way more people coming to the area search Tampa FL, but I am no where to be found there. Is there a way I can creep into the search results for Tampa?

Thanks all!

-Chris

Hey Chris I am actually a PM Co owner in Tampa/St Pete.

Unfortunately there is no way that I am aware of trick Airbnb into showing up across the bay.  Not like Google/SEO where you can buy keywords for other nearby cities etc.

If a prospective guest were to zoom far enough out they should see you then.  I would put in your listing attractions that are in both St Pete and Tampa (as well as Clearwater).  Best of luck!
