We don't have a pool.  If you have added one to your existing Airbnb, did you see more demand?  Were you able to increase your nightly rate?  We are wondering if it will help: create more demand, esp in the summer months, and if we can increase nightly rates.  Thanks!!!!  Appreciate any feedback!

    Pools and Pets are top search terms. I have heated pools and don't have any hot tubs. I have 3 STR houses in Melbourne Beach.
