Hi there!

I was curious if anyone has a written out business plan for property owners when speaking to them about what will be done when it comes to the Property Management/Co Hosting side of things.

Would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Not sure what you mean by business plan but I'm a broker here in Sacramento and manage over 100 STR, we have different drip campaigns and informational resources we provide to new clients as they start with our property management program.

Having a great program is obviously the most important factor, but being able to convey your services to the prospective client is a prerequisite - otherwise nobody will ever know!

Check out WISHSTR.com for some ideas as to how we advertise our services.
