Seeking Blue Ridge, GA STR Property Manager and/or Consultant for high end retreat

I have a nearly remodeled short term rental property just North of Blue Ridge, GA and have begun talking to a few big property management companies in the area, however I 'd like to speak with a few smaller, boutique prop. managers that might work better for myself and the property.  I'd also love an opportunity for consulting with someone experienced in operations and marketing of high-end STRs, though I will not likely self-manage.  

I have two fully remodeled (soon) houses that share 900 feet of frontage almost literally on a trout stream with rapids and gorgeous scenery, and privacy with no other houses in sight.  I have about 8000sqft of living space capable of sleeping at least 20, new pool, hot tub, sauna, 4 games, and modern custom styling.  It appears to be a competitive and currently soft market, but I'm very confident in my differentiators.  It is more of a "Retreat" in my eyes and I should be able to rent the houses separately or together.
