Saratoga Springs STR Regulations/Enforcement

Thomas Morey
Posted

Question for anyone who knows anything about the local areas of Saratoga Springs, Gansevoort, and the Town of Wilton in Upstate New York and their STR regulations.

I am considering starting either an STR or MTR in the area and would like to know more about their regulations and enforcement. So far I have seen that Saratoga Springs requires a 30-day minimum but it does not seem to be enforced well. Any idea about Gansevoort and the Town of Wilton as well? Thanks! It has been difficult to find much online because all of my searches seem to get redirected to Saratoga CA and NYC instead.

Ditto what everyone else said @Thomas Morey.

I will add, don't be that guy. Don't be the one who decides to break the law because they might get away with it. Makes us all look bad and drives the STR dislike and downright hatred.
