South Glens Falls, NY 1br/1ba Rental - Short or Long Term?
We have a 1br/1ba unit ready to rent in South Glens Falls, NY. It's in a duplex with it's own parking spot and w/d in unit. I'm wondering if it would be worth it to furnish it and list it as a short term rental particularly for traveling nurses. Or better to do a regular 12 month lease. The Glens Falls hospital is 0.9 miles away. Looking for advice from locals who have STR's in the area, but also general advice about deciding to focus on furnished rentals near a hospital.
