Using rental property as STR

Hi all. I was wondering if there was anyone that has talked to landlords and set up using their rentals as your own STRs? How did you find the landlord, what was conversation like, and how was contract written? Thanks for your time. I appreciate everyone here.

Quote from @Sarah Kensinger:

There is a number for people that have done this strategy. It's best if you connect with those who have done it and are willing to mentor/teach how to be successful in rental arbitrage.

Here are few people I know of, most of them have great content on social platforms so you can see if this strategy would be right for you....Michael and Elizabeth ChangJake Mercer is right on this forum, or Preston Seo which I don't know much about, but I've heard good things about him.

Hope that helps you get started!

 Thank you Sarah,
I will look into these people. Always looking to make my team larger.
