STR traffic from Q3, 2023 - La Quinta/Palm Springs areas in CA

Hello team, I own one STR in La Quinta and has been in business since 2019. It was a great experience since beginning. However since May, 2023 the business slowed down. I still break-even but it is not great.

How about others? Did it slow down for you as well or you folks still doing great. I don't want to consider 2021 and 2022 as a baseline but expected to go back 2019 traffic. My current traffic less than 2019 traffic. 

Thoughts?
