Managing multiple accounts on Airbnb and Booking.com

I want to create multiple listings for different apartments on Airbnb and Booking.com. I know that I can manage the multiple accounts from an application, such as Guesty or Hospitable.com. 

My issue, is that I manage the apartments and I want to create the listings on the names of the owners, but with my phone number and no need for the selfie that is asked for the verification on Airbnb. Do you know any workaround? Or do you have any idea on how I should proceed? Thank you in advance.
