How to get guests to sign Rental Agreement required by city
Hi guys, It's my first STR, located in Beaufort, SC and they require a Rental Agreement for the guests. Any suggestions on an easy way to incorporate this into a VRBO or AirBnB booking process? Thanks!

When I have stayed in AirBnB where they have me sign stuff usually it's auto messages that are sent out. They direct me to a link where I go to a Docusign or Dotloop and sign the stuff. They will add verbiage that it's required to be signed before the stay
